Free Viral Ebooks

This has to be the most pleasant way to make money. You just let people download these ebooks for free. They love you for it! And of course you get to bury at least one of your affiliate links in each book, and you love that.

No sales pressure, no expensive advertising. After you download them for your site, you get to sneak a peak at them yourself, and you don't have to pay anything. What's not to like?

The books are by the big names. Anik Singal, Mike Filsaime, Liz Tomey, Michael Cheney, Jimmy D. Brown, Derek Gehl. Just having them available at your site drives its value way up. Even the site gets more viral.

There are ClickBank links in some of the books. If you want you have the option of replacing them with your ClickBank affiliate links before you give them away.

A friend of mine was looking for something in his spam folder. He noticed an email saying he had made a commission of $8.50. It was from an affiliate program he had joined awhile back, Jeff Dedrick's Viral Ebook Explosion. He hadn't paid much attention to the affiliate program. He just wanted the free ebooks.

His comments: "It's actually a great program, and it's somewhat easy to promote and pays some great commissions. They also have residual commissions on monthly payments by the customers.

The premise of the program is that they give you ebooks that you can brand and then give away. There are some ads for their program in the ebooks which are branded with your links and also some Clickbank products and other residual-type affiliate programs."

He had given away about ten branded ebooks and didn't give it a second thought. Some on his blog and others as a bonus when someone ordered one of his products.

When he checked his account to look at the $8.50 commission smile he found out he had made $118.50. It was a shock. A program he hadn't bothered with had paid more than some of the ones he was working on. This was 2 months after he gave away the ebooks.

Impressed me. I've been pouring coffee for a couple of nights now. There are times when web work gets tedious, but this hasn't been one of them. May all my shocks be as bad as his was.

You know I've just come up with the theory that www stands for win win win.
